Free movement of persons in the CARICOM region: A labour market analysis

This report published by the International Labour Organization - Caribbean Office (ILO) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) provides a comprehensive overview of the trends and characteristics of the cross-border movement of persons in the CARICOM region. The report supports the development of a CARICOM Labour Migration Policy Framework that is aligned with, and expands upon, the labour components of the forthcoming CARICOM Migration Policy Framework (CMPF). The CMPF is being developed under a whole-of-CARICOM Regional Approach to Migration Policy (RAMP) with United Nations (UN) support.
