Voices of Saint Lucia Women: Study Launched on the Impact of COVID-19 on Women in Various Sectors

UN Women together with the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, Local Government and Empowerment of Saint Lucia launched this study to assess the impact of COVID-19 on women across various sectors in Saint Lucia, and review coping strategies in response to the pandemic. Based on its findings, the study provides guidelines for the development of effective social protection support to women adversely affected by the crisis. 

It is dedicated to, "all working mothers who, because of the coronavirus pandemic, have been facing increasing struggles in balancing their paid work responsibilities with additional caregiving duties in the

home."
